Dmitry Turchinovich: bass

Was born and raised in St.Petersburg. Friends call him
Mitya (the enemies normally call him something else).
Started playing bass without playing any other instrument before (and it shows:). Played in a couple of bands in St.Pete's, but it never was a big thing. Moved to Freiburg to make his Ph.D. in Physics with Peter. Met Richy in the local Irish Pub, they got pissed (and they still do this on the regular basis:) and decided to create a band. This idea was dead rather than alive until Mitya met Matze (aka Matt
Guitar) in his own lab at the University. By the way this
lab is a rehearsal studio for our band.

Dmitry left the band in November 2004 since he has a new position as a postdoc at the University of Utrecht, Netherlands.

Occasionally he still plays with Fake That!, when he's in Freiburg.
